When you’re spiritually sensitive, intuitive, or highly attuned, it’s easy to become overloaded with information. Part of the journey is learning to discern what’s genuinely supportive versus what distracts or overwhelms.
The risk arises when spiritual tools are used to bypass pain or avoid real-life challenges.
Life can be hard, and spiritual practices can be deeply supportive but they become disempowering when you hand your authority over to them entirely. Spiritual insight isn’t always the answer. Discernment is.
Different situations call for different approaches.
When your leg is broken, you go to the doctor.
When physical symptoms arise, you might explore Western medicine, Eastern practices, and spiritual healing. Each offers a valid lens and spirituality can reveal insights other approaches cannot. But it is only one piece of the puzzle.
Ultimately, you are responsible for gathering information, listening to your inner knowing, and making choices that honor your whole self mind, body, and spirit.
