Energetic attunement is the process of aligning your energy with a higher frequency, allowing you to connect more deeply with your spiritual guidance. Both are essential parts of your journey toward clarity and alignment.
Can SRT really help me with my challenges?
Yes. While we still have to live in the physical world and take action, SRT provides the foundation for that action. By clearing the energetic blocks and old patterns, you create a path forward that feels more aligned, intentional, and filled with ease.
How many sessions will I need to resolve an issue?
Every person’s journey is different, and every challenge is unique. Some issues may resolve in a single session, while others with multiple layers and levels may require a few sessions to fully clear. It’s important to note that SRT is not a substitute for therapy or weekly counseling. This is more like a very thorough and deep tune up. It’s a way to find neutrality and clarity when you feel bogged down. If you do not see any noticeable changes after a series of 6-7 sessions, I would be happy to refer you to a different professional who may be a better fit. The goal is always to empower you, not to create dependency on sessions.
