How to Prepare for Your Session
Create a list of Areas you want to work on.
Examples: Areas of life, specific relationships, situations, patterns, beliefs, etc.
Rate Each Item on a Scale of 1-10
1 means it has very little impact or bothers you minimally
10 means it deeply bothers you, and you're unable to find neutrality or peace around it
What to Expect After a Session

Each soul’s journey is unique, and some areas may clear in one session, while others may have multiple layers and levels and may require more than one session to fully clear all blockages.
